For MCH Ltd., the creation of a site from a PSD using XHTML, CSS and Javascript, which was then converted to a Dreamweaver template. Finished site was set up with a Contribute key to allow client to make their own updates. Population of site was done with client-submitted content. Optimized tags for SEO. This is a pure CSS-based layout.
